Sat, 20 May 2006 Well, for better or for worse, here it is. My anniversary show. One year in podcasting as of May 13th! This is, all told, my 52 podcast and I'm pretty proud that I've managed to stick with it that long. I'm still having fun and looking forward to getting Comics Podcast Crossover up and running again, and we've even got two shows in the works. As for this show, I spend a while detailing my wanderings of the last few weeks, as well as talk about the sequel to my favorite comic of all time (Superman 164), the issue this time is Superman 168. I'll try not to make this a habit but it is just the kind of zany story that exemplifies why I still love reading those old silver age comics, even in this day of ultra-realism. I also put out the call for YOUR comic collecting horror stories to share in a future episode of KomicsKast. This is your chance to be more than a listener, this is your chance to be a part of the show! Comments[6] |
